<p>About the Program<br />Sweden Balaji Devasthanam (SBD) is happy to launch a Yoga and Meditation program as part of our community well-being and cultural initiatives. This program aims to promote physical fitness, mental peace, and spiritual connection while supporting the temple.</p>
<p>Led by an experienced Yoga/Meditation teacher, the program is designed for all age groups and will cover:<br />✅ Yoga Asanas for flexibility and strength<br />✅ Breathing Techniques (Pranayama)<br />✅ Guided Meditation for inner peace and mental clarity<br />✅ Simple lifestyle tips for overall well-being</p>
